Story of the Chen Administration

Promises made, promises kept.

The Chen Administration began during Justin Chen’s term as Vice President of MLK Middle School, when a trust advisory group formed to support his leadership and campaign efforts. That group later became Justin Chen’s Executive Board and then The Chen Group.

As School President, Justin and his board launched Agenda 24/25 and Opportunity For All, focusing on student success, stronger communication, campus events, academic support, and more accessible government. The administration centered listening to students, delivering results, and building a student government model designed to last.

“The students selected me to impact and bring genuine reform, and that’s what I did.” Justin Chen, former President of MLK Middle School
